Introduction and Scope of These Terms

9Account Suspension and Termination

• The player is found to be under 21 years of age or has otherwise failed to meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1.
• 9baje is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, court order, or other legal obligation.
• The player has not logged in to their account for a continuous period of 12 months and their account balance is zero. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will not be closed without prior notice to the player's registered email or mobile number.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 9baje will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate its outcome within 30 days. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at 9baje's discretion, subject to the circumstances of the breach.

10Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

9baje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the registered email address or a notice on the Platform homepage before the changes take effect.
